Track the status, not just the clock
1. Save the request details
Record the amount, method, date, transaction reference and the terms shown when you submitted the request.
2. Separate operator processing from payment transit
“Pending” usually means the operator has not released the payment. Once marked sent or completed, the receiving bank, wallet or card network may add another stage.
3. Check the receiving method
Confirm that the destination account is active and belongs to you. Ask for a payment reference if the operator says funds were sent.
4. Identify the stated reason
Common categories include incomplete verification, payment ownership, bonus conditions, manual security review, method availability or missing bank details. Ask the operator to name the exact issue and the relevant term.
5. Use the complaint route
If support does not resolve the issue, follow the operator’s formal complaint process and then the dispute or regulator route applicable to that licence and your location.
